FlowNexus is an automatic detacher with embedded intelligence that captures milk flow data from the milk sensor. FlowNexus does more than simpley signal the end of milking. The electronic control at each milking stall captures information from the milk sensor and displays key information through the graphical display on the unit. FlowNexus is more than just a detacher with a display. FlowNexus becomes much more when installed in combination with a computer and proprietary BECO ParlorScan software. The computer communicates with each FlowNexus control and accumulates the milking information and detacher information for every milking. From this data you can analyze individual shift milkings for shift or employee performance.

What if you decide to change milking procedures? How will you know if those changes were beneficial to milking performance? With FlowNexus you can see the direct effect as soon as the shift is over. The report also shows you the precise information for the last 30 days. FlowNexus has programmable settings, so you determine how your cows are milked. With your computer you can program the units through the network. Some of the features include: Vacuum on delay for smooth attach, adjustable let down delay, short let down for reattaches, end of milk adjustment, and vacuum decay adjustment. And you can adjust milk settings any time to suit your needs. No need to call a service person to open individual units because, with FlowNexus, you simply enter the settings in your computer and all the units are reprogrammed. It's that easy!

FlowNexus is completely upgradeable to milk metering and RFID. You can start off with FlowNexus as an automatic detacher and add milk metering and/or automatic cow identification in the future. FlowNexus is "plug and play" ready for the BECO ScanNexus milk meter that when you add it, you won't even need to open the FlowNexus box. Concerned about computer dependency? Rest assured that FlowNexus is not dependant on your computer to milk your cows. The computer and the BECO software are used to make adjustments to the detacher function and can be left in place to collect information. Should something go wrong with the computer the detachers will not be affected. You can still milk your cows and the only harm done is that data will not be collected during the time the computer is down. Concerned about a wiring mess? Don't give it a second thought!
